Quality Technician

To ensure that Quality standards at IceMOS Technology are adhered to through the operation of the required procedures. Quality gate inspection for IceMOS Technology’s products and incoming materials.

Overall Responsibility for: To ensure QMS standards of the production meet customer requirements of quality, delivery and performance.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Ensuring that all practices adopted on site comply with the company quality systems.

2. Ensuring that all practices adopted on site comply with the Cleanroom practice, protocol and with the Health and Safety at Work Act.

3. Ensuring all aspects of the quality system for ISO14001 and IATF are meet and enforced in relation to all on site activity.

4. Ensuring particles, humidity, 5S and cleanliness control.

5. Internal Audit completion for process, product and human operations related to QMS, including nonconformance follow up.

6. To ensure fine quality of materials at Incoming (Receiving) and outgoing inspection.

7. Ensuring Shipping/CoC with customer notifications comply with customer requirements.

8. To work to the best of one’s ability to ensure the success of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
