Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Impression Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a progressive business in North Leeds who are in a rapid time of growth. A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is required to join the family orientated team and grow the already established portfolio to the next stage. The sky is the limit when it comes to progression and earning potential so if you are a motivated, proactive and a confident individual this may be the role for you.
As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

• Building relationships with clients in order to encourage repeat business
• Liaising with candidates in order to understand their needs and match them to the suitable role
• Understanding client requirements in order to place the perfect candidate within that business
• Conducting new business calls and following up with email in order to maximise company profit
• Working towards various KPIs set out by the Team Leader

Skills required:

• Confidence and eagerness to progress
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A desire to achieve various targets
• Previous sales experience (advantageous)

As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be offered a basic salary of £20,000 per annum with the first years on target earning being upward of £32,000! Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will also gain the opportunity to join an exciting business that rewards hard work with various incentives and promote team growth.
