Role Overview & Responsibilities
InCharge are looking for Electricians experienced in EV charging point installations, to be apart of a new start up business covering the SouthWest area from London down to Bournemouth.
We want to hear from electricians looking for freelance work that can be flexible, have a clean driving licence and a minimum of 3 years worth of experiene.
- Install and commission EV charging stations for domestic and commercial residential customers
- Conduct site surveys and assess electrical infrastructure requirements for installation
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with EV charging stations and make necessary repairs and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing electric vehicle charging stations
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- EV installer qualification
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
