Role Overview & Responsibilities
Include Me has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Citizen Advocacy Development Worker to join our team in North-East Fife.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a small but dynamic team, is professional, person-centred, and creative in their approach and who is passionate about the rights of vulnerable people.
The development worker role includes working closely with vulnerable adults to understand their needs and wishes, to support existing advocacy partnerships, to recruit and train local people to become long term voluntary citizen advocates and, in turn, to create new advocacy partnerships.
This is a permanent post which covers North-East Fife from a home working base in, or around, Fife.
