Delivery Driver

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery, collection, installation and training of our products to our varying customer base across the South of England, London and surrounding areas and Midlands. A key component of the team's purpose is to use their engaging personality to inspire and excite customers and colleagues about the features and benefits of our latest products, technology and innovations.

Detailed Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work in conjunction with the Sales and Key Account Management teams in the delivery, collection, installation, asset management and training of our products at customer sites
• Delivering, collecting and installing industrial cleaning machines
• Supply useful and insightful information during demonstrations, as well as supporting Key Account Managers by demonstrating product options to customers when required
• Work with the company's internal system in updating job progress via the company tablet
• Load vehicles with listed equipment, ensuring equipment is loaded correctly and safely
• Record accurately serial numbers and full details of the company asset as part of the asset management process
• Pay close attention to compliance information associated with the delivery of equipment, specifically storage/customer instructions/PA testing dates and other legislative matters i.e. manual handling
• Unload listed equipment and store safely as directed by the hub manager/customer
• Sort equipment to be delivered according to correct delivery note
• Support the effective planning and following of the most efficient routes for all equipment to be delivered

Candidate

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Self starter with strong desire for development
• Preferably experience in delivery however, full training will be provided along with full training on industrial cleaning machines
• Dedicated to outstanding customer service and defining the brand
• Flexible - some early mornings and late nights and occasional staying away from home required
• IT literate
• Excellent communicator and problem solver
