Work Coach: Working Journeys
Journey Enterprise’s Work Coaches support adults with learning disability in to work. Through skills development, training, volunteering and work experience placements we aim to enable Clients to achieve work outcomes.
Our Working Journeys programme is tailored to the skills, interests and aspirations of the Client. Work Coaches develop partnerships with local employers, Voluntary Sector organisations and with Job Centres, to ensure Clients secure appropriate volunteering placements and employment. The Working Journeys Team is also able to support Clients who may wish to explore enterprise initiatives as self-employment.
About Us
Journey Enterprises is a local charity which was founded by parents of young people with learning disability and complex needs 40 years ago. Launched in Northumberland we now operate across the north east. We have four Day Centres: Acomb and Blyth (Northumberland), Coundon (County Durham) and Newcastle upon Tyne.

Salary: £21,305.00-£23,320.00 per year
