Trampoline Supervisor
Role Overview & Responsibilities
JumpLanes Coleraine are currently seeking to recruit a Trampoline Supervisor for their facility in Score Football Centre in Coleraine. The main function of a Trampoline Supervisor is to ensure that all company policies and safety regulations are followed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The successful candidate should be able to create a fun and engaging experience for guests through a courteous, friendly and professional attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Meet and greet customers / party groups on their arrival
- Provide a high level of supervision and interaction during each session to ensure all visitors have a fun and safe experience
- Assist and answer customers queries to help ensure their experience is enjoyable
- Explain the trampoline rules of conduct to all participants before a session commences
- Escort customers and party participants to or from trampolines to the party area
- Help ensure all trampoline sessions run on schedule
- Support and assist branch management
- Complete incident reports when needed / necessary
- Report any staffing shortages to management immediately & provide cover when required
- Carry out daily cleaning routines, light maintenance and safety checks to ensure all facilities are kept in good order
Requirements:
- An in-date basic First Aid qualification is required
- Must also be available for week day work during all school holidays
- Must be available for weekend work from 11am to 7pm
The ideal candidate must have the ability to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and other staff members
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- To enforce a confident, approachable and friendly level of authority
- To troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment
- Be punctual
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 8 - 18 per week
Salary: £6.00-£10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coleraine, BT52 2EB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- First Aid: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
