Kenniford Farm have a rich history in pig farming and today we continue to run our butchery delivering high welfare red tractor approved products from our farm in Clyst St Mary.

Just a mile from the A3052 (Westpoint), we are proud to deliver our award-winning pork, bacon, sausages and hog roasts to the public and also shops, restaurants, cafes and eateries across Devon.

We are now seeking to recruit an experienced Butcher to join our skilled butchery team.

As a whole pig butchery, you will need to be skilled in all aspects of pig butchery from carcass breaking and prepping for hog roast, to preparing our Taste of the West ‘Gold’ winning sausages and our speciality Kenniford Hampers. Some experience operating an automatic slicer for our cooked hams, pork and bacon would be advantageous but full training will be given.

You will be joining a small but highly experienced team. We are a welcoming bunch, and our ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and motivated to ensure the highest quality of products are produced and strict standards are continuously maintained.

Our butchery is open from 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday with opportunities for overtime. Our rates of pay are negotiable depending on experience.
