Recruitment Consultant - Private Equity – New York

Dartmouth Partners is an awarding winning, PE-backed business which has recently expanded into the US. We're looking to continue our strong growth as we build teams in NYC, Charlotte, and beyond.

We work with financial institutions and investment banks to build great relationships and help them make good hires. Our goal is to establish lasting, non-transactional relationships with our clients and our candidates.

The team and the role:

Dartmouth’s New York team are located in the heart of Manhattan. You’ll find us just off 5th Avenue, round the corner from the Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. We’re a small, entrepreneurial team, working together with our sister business, Pure Search, who have been on the ground in NYC since 2016. We’re already establishing ourselves as market-leaders within Private Equity, Investment Banking and Early Careers recruitment in the US, and are now looking to expand our Private Equity Team.

As a member of the Private Equity team, you will partner with a range of private equity funds across venture capital, growth equity, mid-market, and large cap buyout to support with their hiring across the East Coast.

We have been on the ground since July 2021 with a developed network in place already. Your role will involve continuing to build out our candidate network across investment banking and strategy consulting, working with clients to develop their hiring agenda, providing a consultative approach, and ultimately building out your own desk, with clients of your own. As part of a lean team, you will have a direct impact on growing out the Dartmouth Partners team and brand in the US.
