We’re looking for new colleagues to join one of our teams in Baslidon, Pitsea and Canvey Island. We support people with learning disabilities and diverse care needs to experience 'the good things in life' from their residential or supported living home.

You’ll be a part of a small, but dedicated, team who are passionate about supporting people to lead a fulfilling and rewarding lifestyle. We value empowering people to take up life opportunities such as following personal hobbies and interests and learining new skills whilst developing excellent relationships that are sustained on trust and respect.

Driving for work is desirable but not essential. If you are a driver you will be able to support people to travel to some activities in the company car.

In some settings, the role encludes additional pay for staying in the home and sleeping overnight. For example, this additional income represents additional salary circa £1,300.00 per year for colleagues who 'sleep-in' once every other week.

Experience in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
