Order Picker/Packer

Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a part-time Picker/Packer to join our team in Swindon.

Likeskin is an online store curating the best of Korean and Japanese beauty products including skincare, makeup and haircare. We are looking for a new addition to our packing team who is able to pick and pack orders in an accurate and timely manner.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Pick and pack orders with care and accuracy

- Write personalised thank you cards (which are included in every order) to enhance customer experience

- Prepare shipping labels to dispatch parcels

- Deal with new delivery shipments and partake in stock counts

- Ensure all orders are shipped out within allocated timeframes

- Pay attention to detail to each and every order to ensure customer satisfaction

- Keep work area clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency

- Be able to manage and carry boxes of stock

- Store products in their appropriate, correct place

- Other ad-hoc tasks such as checking damaged stock etc.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills/Knowledge

- Good understanding of how importance of providing exceptional customer service

- Being familiar with K-beauty and J-beauty brands and products is preferred

- Previous picking/packing experience is preferred

- Good communicational skills

- Able to work well under pressure

- Keen interest or desire to learn more about the Korean/ Japanese beauty industry

- Able to work efficiently

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: £9.50-£10.42 per hour
