Crew Member

We are expanding our event production crew and are looking for hard working individuals to set-up and breakdown event productions here at Loft studios.

Successful applicants will need the following skillset:

- Ability to follow instructions both written, verbal and via floor plans to ensure seamless production delivery

-A sense of urgency where required and the ability to work to a deadline, this is very important in events.

- Must reset studios to the standard required according to the management team’s instructions. This will include painting of photography coves/floors on the breakdown day.

- Moderate understanding of all in-house production services: sound, lighting, rigging, power, tools etc, ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained throughout out the process

- Physically Strong as heavy lifting will be required on all shifts. Manual handling training will be given to successful applicants and we prioritise safe working systems at all times.

- Previous experience in production set-up and breakdowns advantageous

- Must be a team player and have good communication skills along with strong focus, as several teams can be working in the venue on different jobs at any time.

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

- Must have a positive & professional attitude at all times on the floor with event management and around our clients.

- Must have UTR number & right to work in the UK
