Part-time driver required - The work will mainly consist of local journeys, long distance journeys and airport runs. The schedule is flexible, however, given the nature of the industry, and airport runs in particular, some of the work will be at unsociable hours.

This position would be ideal for somebody looking for supplementary or part time income.

Lux Private Hire is an established Private Hire company offering executive standard travel services throughout Blackburn and the Ribble Valley. We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of another driver.

All applicants should be respectful, courteous and professional throughout all aspects of the Private Hire / Chauffeur service.

This position is open to licensed and unlicensed drivers (within Blackburn or the Ribble Valley) - If you do not currently hold a license to operate in the Ribble Valley or Blackburn then we are willing to discuss and to help with putting you through the process of acquiring your license. (Knowledge test, BTEC etc).

We will also be providing the vehicle(s), insurance and anything else required for you to help us provide the North West with a professional, reliable, executive standard private hire service.

IMPORTANT

Good knowledge of either Blackburn, Longridge or Clitheroe will be required to pass the knowledge test, depending on which council test you choose to take. Revision time / assistance will be granted.

Experience within the Private Hire industry

Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) for driving a 17-seater

Local to the Blackburn / Clitheroe area (or nearby).

Salary: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
