Lytham House is looking for driven, enthusiastic & passionate Chefs de Partie to join our team!

Rate of Pay

• Salaried & hourly rate contracts available to suit candidate needs based on a 48-hour FT working week.
• £26.208 salaried – experience & role dependant.
• Option for 4 day working week available (business permitting).
• Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month (salaried).

Rota Schedule

Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.

To improve work-life balance, a flexible 4 to 5 day working week has been introduced and is available to suit the needs of each individual, wherever possible.

Candidates applying for a chef role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
• Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.
• Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 15 chefs.
• Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
• Passion for working in a team environment.
• Delivering high quality dishes following specifications.
• Supporting the Head Chef in delivering great guest experiences.
