Food Production Supervisor

M.C. Kelly is an award-winning catering butcher and premier supplier of game meat. We are a long established company based in the heart of Mid Devon, providing top quality produce to the local catering and retail industry across the whole of the South West.

The supervisory job role is based in a busy and thriving environment in manufacturing of various types and flavors of burgers and sausages, which will be manufactured to the highest quality.

We are looking for a candidate who can lead and run the sausage and burger manufacturing department. The job role involves manufacturing sausages and burgers to meet agreed specification, working to a specific recipe. The job role also includes continuously maintaining of the machinery and the relevant paperwork is completed and adhering to food safety practices and company health and safety procedures.

The role will also include liaising with dispatch department and include training and development of team members and assigning work to colleagues.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 4pm

Candidates must be legible to work in the UK.

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
