Job description:

This is an exciting, unconventional opportunity for a self-employed gardener (or someone who is looking to be self-employed). It will initially be a 9 month contract beginning Feb 2023 for an experienced, motivated gardener who wants to work independently for themselves, sub-contracted in by the MacWest brand.

You will be responsible for all gardening leads that come through from MacWest's marketing efforts as well as reatained clients from previous years.

We are ranked #1 for gardening in Bournemouth on google. We will be expecting between 30-70 enquiries per month in peak season and around 20-40 enquiries in the slower months

This is an opportuinity to grow with the expanding MacWest organisation with some fantastic benefits to come with it in the future (vehicle, decison making, shares etc).

Duties include:

• Developing strong relationships with clients
• Mowing, strimming and edging lawns
• Hedge cutting
• Pruning
• Weeding and planting
• Garden waste clearance
• Tending to border plants, pots and baskets
• Clearing leaves and debris
• Ad hoc duties as required

How it works:

MacWest Gardening & Landscaping will provide you and only you with all gardening enquiries that are received through all marketing efforts as well as previous clientale. You will liase with clients, organise quotes, invoice and run all jobs provided by yourself. Tools will be provided, however a vehicle will be required. MacWest will take a small monthly fee for providing all work.

Guarantees

Guarantees are put in place to protect you as a sub-contractor with the monthly fee provided for the opportunity. If we don't deliver, you are protected.
