Requirements of Operations Manager

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Planning & organisational skills are essential- previous Operations management experience would be favourable.
• HR & Recruitment experience
• Negotiation and adaptability skills

Responsibilities of Operations Manager

• Overseeing all aspects of our operations, from supply chain management and logistics to production planning and quality control.
• Recruiting & managing Staff
• Managing projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered within timeframe and budget.
• Providing Directors with support.
• Identifying and making cost saving within the company.
• Carrying out Health & Safety audits

Salary

• Starting Salary of £35,000-£40,000 Basic (DOE) + Bonus Scheme OTE £45,000
