P/T Marketing and Personal Assistant

We are working with a dynamic coaching and leadership development company that is looking for someone to support its marketing/comms whilst also providing PA support to the MD.

This role will be based in their Hersham office, but with the flexibility to work from home when required.

Initially, they anticipate the role will be working on a part-time basis, working approximately 20 hrs a week, however, there may be scope to grow this over time.

The primary focus of the role will be to:

- Support the MD with diary management, scheduling coach calendar and events

- Ownership of client and partner communications

- Community building support through events, comms, testimonials, referral programme management

- Marketing support that includes, blogs, campaigns newsletters etc

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, with excellent phone and writing skills, previous marketing experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

They are prepared to pay an FTE base salary equivalent of between £25K-£30k plus a £10k bonus (prorataed) based upon you and the company hitting its objectives.
