Michelle Denny Recruitment is working alongside Lexham Insurance and are reaching out to find Customer Insurance Advisors to join the team in their Thetford office - these roles are open to both the experienced and keen and entry level people. Salary starts at £20,400pa and comes with bonuses, rewards and company benefits on top throughout the year.

You'll be dealing with enquiries and taking calls from customers who are looking for a quote or simply need some general motorbike insurance assistance; your job will be to give them all the information they need. So, if you LOVE speaking and helping people on the phone, we would love to hear from you.

Working times are based on a pre-planned 3-week rotating schedule, so you'll always know when you're at work and when you're not, so you can plan your life!

The offices are open:
Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 7.00pm
Saturday | 9.30am - 4.30pm

You'll work an average 37.5-hour, 5-day week. You'll be in the office on alternate Saturdays and even though the Saturday working hours are shorter, you'll be given a full day off during the week, plus there's overtime should you wish.
