Data Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Data Central team. During this nine-month secondment / fixed-term contract, you’ll take an active role in driving our commitment to improving data quality and accuracy.

Reporting to Sarah Forbes, the Performance and Service Improvement Manager, and working alongside the wider team, you’ll provide accurate reports and data analysis to support the decisions for our stock investment programme over the next 5-30 years. You’ll be an integral part of ensuring data integrity and managing our asset management system effectively.

The team are based flexibly from our Central Birmingham office with typically a minimum of two days working from the office.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking an analytical thinker with a keen eye for reliable and insightful data, who is able to demonstrate the following:

• You’ll have previous experience of business reporting as a minimum, experience of housing management systems and reconciling data from different systems would pique our interest
• You’ll possess strong Excel skills including all VLOOKUP functions and Power Query functions
• You’re able to use your judgment and understanding to communicate effectively with a range of senior stakeholders.
