Role Overview & Responsibilities
We require an experienced Housing Manager to manage our properties in Taunton.
The successful candidate will have a strong, pro-active style and demonstrate the ability to manage compliance, repairs and maintenance as well as deal with any resident issues.
The ability to complete basic repairs would be an advantage.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.42-£13.00 per hour
