Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as restaurant staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The positions available include:
Waitstaff/ Manager
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
Kitchen Staff: Chef
- Preparing and cooking Indian and Bangladeshi dishes
- Assisting with food preparation and plating
- Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Following safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine is an asset.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
