Mono Equipment designs and manufactures a wide range of commercial bakery equipment at its factory in Swansea. The product range includes ovens, depositors, dough processing equipment and fryers. We are currently recruiting for a skilled machine assembler to produce high quality products.

What you’ll be doing

• Working independently to build product from beginning to end
• Operating both power and manual tools.
• Moving to different stations, allowing you to acquire new skills and gain a better understanding of the production process.
• Assemble machines to correct specification and quality standards using relevant specification and materials
• Quality inspection of own work in accordance with processes and standards
• Delivering on Company Mission, Vision & Values.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Proven experience as assembler
• Technical knowledge and ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Skilled in organising work area.
• Additional tasks as and when required relevant to the job role assigned by management.
• Completes all required safety procedures prior to and during operations.
• Ensure that personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules.
