Your role

Whilst providing assistance and support to farm management across a wide variety of farming activity, this Farm Assistant role is very much a ‘first step’ in a career in agriculture. They will assist the Farm Management Team and learn all aspects of the management of a Broiler farm, including all facets of husbandry, ensuring that stock produced is of the highest possible standard and meets the required specifications in terms of weight and quality. To ‘live’ welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. ‘Growing our own’ agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park.

Basic hours of work will be 20 hours per week which will be worked over each working week from Sunday to Saturday on a roster basis.
