Technical Sales Co-ordinator
Role Overview & Responsibilities
MP Filtri is an engineering product manufacturer and distributor based in Evesham working within the fluid power industry. We have recently moved into a state-of-the-art facility. We are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Co-ordinator into a busy sales office. The role will support technical enquiries into the Customer Service team as well as supporting the team on a day to day basis with managing accounts and processing e-mails and orders.
The Role:
- Establish good working relationships with customers by providing them with the best options based on their needs, including technical enquiries.
- Manage key customer accounts with a focus on technical accounts.
- Communicate technical information relating to the product to the customer.
- Action quotes that are received into the Company. If by email these will be actioned within a 2-day window.
- Process orders that are received via email into the Company.
- Keep the customer updated of any delays in the delivery of their orders.
The Person:
- Technical knowledge of the fluid power industry.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience within the hydraulic filtration/contamination control industry is desirable.
- Experience of an ERP is desirable.
