Duties of Secretary
Medicolegal Work
Type reports
Remind claimants day before of their appointments via text
Upload reports and invoices
Chase invoices
Book patients in diary and merge
Liaise with solicitors/medicolegal agencies
Answer phone and emails quickly/be available
Send clinic list to various venues and to me a few days before clinic
Be aware and follow GDPR/ICO principles
Book clinic venues
Find future clinic venues
Send letters to solicitors drumming up business
Deal with post and emails
Get accounts ready for VAT returns etc
Keep records of invoices paid
Clinical work
Type letters etc
Chase invoices
Send clinic list
Liaise with the private hospitals
Help with advertising/presentations
Deal with post and emails
