Position: Permanent

Reporting to: Director of Music & Creative Direction

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30PM
Salary range: £25k - £28k dependant in experience

About our agency

Music Concierge Worldwide is a collection of three innovative agencies that create music and digital experiences for branded spaces. Our varied but complimentary skillsets blend creative disciplines - brands marketing, content production, specialised music design and consultancy, with technology expertise - digital media network design, development, implementation, service and support.

Kaleidovision - Uses music, digital video and interactive screens to capture customer engagement in retail and leisure spaces. Services include the creation of content, through to the implementation of digital Content Management Systems, and complete systems integration. Clients include high street retailers, leisure and health and fitness brands, including, Hunter, TGI Fridays, Marstons and David Lloyd.

Music changes how people think, lifts their mood and influences their behaviour. We sculpt soundscapes to create unique atmospheres, reinforce brand values and enhance customer experiences.

We are a growing team (50+ people), with offices in London, Dubai, South Africa, Hong Kong and

Shanghai.

About this role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team working with our music department.

You will play a key role in within a highly respected creative assisting the music team with the projects being delivered to our customers.

An exceedingly varied role, you will be involved with all things related to the music team, including,

Music ingestion, sourcing and downloading of tracks, updating music, editing of schedules, music video programming, copy writing, general administration and much more. Working with colleagues from all areas of the business the ability communicate confidently at all levels is key.

A true professional, you will be naturally out-going, sparklingly bright, and genuinely excited about joining our team, and helping us deliver excellence to our customers.

You will be using our technology platforms, so being able to pick up technical knowledge quickly and get involved with problem solving with our Technical team is an important part of this role.
