Vendor Network Coordinator

The National Automobile Club is currently seeking Vendor Network Coordinator. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Burlingame, CA. The Network Coordinator is responsible for expanding, maintaining and improving Emergency Road Service.

The candidate must be self-motivated, able to work in a team environment and be able to travel to conferences and exhibitions.

Principal duties and responsibilities include:

· Identify and contact prospective service providers to define coverage and negotiate rates

· Identify areas where service is not up to our performance standards

· Contacting current service providers to review and improve performance

Minimum qualifications and required skills:

· AA degree is preferred; A High School degree with two or more years of related experience will be considered

· Ability to use current technology in a Windows environment

· Ability to use Microsoft Office software

· Professional writing and oral communication skills are required

· Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required

· An automotive background is a plus

· Geographic knowledge of the United States is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Burlingame, CA 94010: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Negotiation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
