Service Assistant x 2

Working within a busy atmosphere as part of passionate team this role as a Service Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service to our visitors.

The Hours: Flexible hours available which includes weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview (No Evenings & No Split Shifts)

The Salary: £10.50 per hour

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 3rd September 2023

Interviews for this role will be held on the 11th of May.

What it's like to work here:Runnymede is an internationally famous site, known for the sealing of the Magna Carta in 1215. Rich in history, nature and beauty, it's a fascinating site located just by the Thames.

What you'll be doing:Whether it’s helping in the car park, dealing with visitor enquiries, signposting visitors in the right direction, or assisting with events, you’ll be part of the operations team, responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service every day.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our commercial areas is spot on, engaging our visitors, making them feel welcome and keeping all areas clean and tidy.

You’ll be working across all areas of the operations team, providing support to the teams as needed. You’ll tell our visitors about the amazing work we do and what their money is funding.
