Role Overview & Responsibilities
Naturalight Systems are a Rooflight and Structural Glazing Manufacturer who are looking for a Energetic individual to Run the Rooflight Department. The successful Candidate with report directly to the production manger and will be responsible for a small team.
key Objectives:
- Ensure Production targets are met whilst maintaining company quality standards
- Ensure completion of production paperwork.
- Motivate and improve teamwork within your department.
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Hands on approach
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A desire to develop professionally within the company.
- Flexibility towards overtime as and when it's required
Previous experience within Rooflight sector advantageous but not essential as product training can be given.
Hours of work: Mon-Thu 8am-17:00, Friday 8am-15:00
Rate:£12.83 per Hour plus Daily differential pay
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bedlington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
