Role Overview & Responsibilities
Neighbourhood is a fast paced busy tapas/ brunch restaurant, with the addition of evening service of tapas at the weekends.
We are looking for an ideal candidate must be extremely organized & can work under pressure.
the role includes:
> Wash & sanitize all dishes & cooking equipment with the help of a dishwasher
> Clean & sanitize all food preparation areas, sweep & mop kitchen floors & back entrance area
> Dealing with Deliveries and checking off all items off invoice & good communication with chef & line manager if any discrepancies
> keep stores area neat and tidy
> Report health ad safety hazards to line manager
> Keep fridge and freezers organized and clean
> Good communication skills with front of house & chefs regarding maintenance issues & cleaning protcol
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
