Welcome to Neighbourhood, our experiential hospitality brand baby of East Coast Concepts. A New York-inspired 'vibrant dining' restaurant and bar. Our all day destination offers a global inspired sharing menu accompanied by trendsetting cocktails, before effortlessly morphing in to one of the UK’s hottest parties by night! Keep the drinks flowing – this is what’s often perceived as the sole aim for bar teams. Whilst this is still essential, there’s a whole lot more that goes into creating exceptional experiences in our bars. Bartenders are at the heartbeat of a successful service and is the individual who will have the most impact and influence on the guest experience within the bar. Their showmanship, flare and rapport that can quickly build a lasting relationship and create continuous repeat business. Guests rely heavily on a bartender’s knowledge, to guide them towards the best drink suggestions and even food pairings suited to their needs. With an innate passion for hospitality, you are expert salespeople and can spot an opportunity to add value
from a mile away.



As well as handling drink and food requests from guests, you’ll need to work effectively with floor team, kitchen teams,hosts, and of course, your fellow bar team. Clear communication across all departments makes for exceptional guest experiences, which is what we always strive for at our venues, making teamwork an essential element to your day-to-day role.
