• Monday - Friday 13:30 - 22:00
• Monday - Friday 05:30 to 14:00, 13:30 to 22:00

Starting salary £34994 plus comprehensive bonus and benefits

Let’s take it on

As an Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for a team of Production Supervisors and People Coordinators to ensure daily targets are achieved and deliver operational plans. You will regularly hold Production meetings to present shift requirements and provide accurate reporting data on our Woodmill, Upholstery and Support Operations. You will be responsible for problem solving complex workflow issues and work under pressure.

You will work alongside Health & Safety, Quality and Maintenance teams to meet exception standards.

The Assistant Site Manager will be a competent leader who is able to build relationships and communicate effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manager who loves working in a fast paced environment where no day is ever the same. Being ‘hands on’ will be in your nature.

Previous Manufacturing (ideally within Furniture Manufacturing) and people management experience are essential. You will be a confident communicator who is competent to lead operational teams.
