Role Overview & Responsibilities
Supporting the Transformation Managers to develop and deliver their Transformation Plans, and performance frameworks to ensure delivery of all key system activity and financial targets. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with various primary care, secondary care, local authorities, and external stakeholders to facilitate and support operational delivery, innovation and leadership.
A key dimension to this role will be to support the workstreams with their engagement of primary care, community, and secondary care clinicians in the complex management agenda to ensure they are heavily involved in the development of plans and any service pathway design and that there is the necessary capacity and capability within the system to deliver both the local and national targets.
