The Single Point of Access Service provides support to District Nursing services across Glasgow City HSCP. Call handlers are required to work in an extremely busy environment responding to calls from a variety of individuals including GP’s, acute services, clinical staff, referrers, patients, carer’s, family members etc. The service operates between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm seven days per week and successful candidates will be required to work a range of shifts between these hours. Vacancy is for 1 part time staff member, working 18.75hrs per week on a permanent basis. Applicants should be customer care focused, possess an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
