Main Responsibilities:
· To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe and sensible behavior.

• Help and encourage customers to have a fun experience while observing safe and sensible behavior
• Marshall the customers on the Ninja Course
• Continuously monitor Health and Safety
• Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service

• Provide guidance to customers and demonstrate techniques if required
• Watch out for misbehavior and clamp down
• Contribute to the smooth running of parties in co-ordination with caterer
• Serve on reception desk as required
• Take and check bookings
• Answer telephone
• Take card payments
• Sell branded items at reception
• Issue colored wrist bands
• Maintain cleanliness throughout day

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: Up to £10.22 per hour
