CPU Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We require proactive and hardworking staff to work as part of a team within the Food Production department at our Central Production Unit at City Campus and Receipt and Distribution Unit at the QMC Campus. These areas include picking food for distribution to patient wards, preparation of patient salads, repacking of freshly made main courses and puddings and delivery of food to wards
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of all catering equipment and surrounding areas to ensure compliance is of the expected standards required of the department and must be literate and numerate.
Hours of work will be 37.5 per week working 6am to 8pm on a rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays.
