Role Overview & Responsibilities
Orkney Housing Association is a charitable community based Housing Association based in Kirkwall, managing around 800 properties for social rent as well as providing services to around 200 additional residents.
As the Building Services Manager you will lead and oversee the Association’s programme for new build affordable housing, and the effective management of its building assets, all whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join and lead our Development and Properties Service. Ideally you will be a dynamic, innovative individual who has excellent management and organisational skills.
