Role Overview & Responsibilities
One of the top London's luxury caterers is looking for an experienced Event Planner to join their busy team.
The Event Planner's role is to plan and deliver exceptional events from conception through to completion. You are responsible for ensuring that relationships with clients and venues are developed and maintained, resulting in high quality, profitable events and the achievement of targets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
§ Establishing clients’ needs (end user, agent or venue) and presenting effective event solutions
§ Conducting tastings and site visits with clients
§ Liaising with suppliers, producing the event sheet for the kitchen and operations teams to work from
§ Communicating all relevant information to other departments during the pre-event meetings to ensure the services the Company provides meets and exceeds clients’ expectations
§ Attending events adopting the most appropriate role in the circumstances (file handler/venue liaison)
§ Employing the appropriate resources to elevate our company above competitors (site visits, menu tastings, event out-mess etc.)
§ Identify areas where the Company can create new product ideas and creativity
§ Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the Company's product and communicating this to clients and venues
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
