Dog Walker/Pet Sitter

Ozzies Fur-Ever Friend's has an exciting opportunity for a self-employed Dog Walking Assistant to join a pet loving team within the Didsbury, Chorlton and Withington in South Manchester.

We are a professional pet care service, who believes in putting pets first ensuring we treat them like we would our own.

Main duties:

• Transport dogs safety to and from their walks in your own vehicle

• Walk dogs for the duration of 1 hour regardless of weather conditions on our private enclosed meadow

• Carry out dog care routine including wipe paws, towel dry, fill water bowls, replenish food and use doggie coats as and when required

• Actively take photos and videos of dogs for business social media

• Remove and dispose of pet waste

• Opportunities for home boarding is also available

Requirements:

• Physically fit enough to carry out a minimum of one walk per day

• Be strong enough to handle dogs of all sizes

• Hold a Full Driving Licence

• Have your own car (Ideally an estate)

• Provide cover for team holidays and sickness

• Must live in South Manchester

• Have access to a mobile phone and/or navigation system

• Good knowledge of the area

• Undergo training as required

• Complete a DBS check

• Be reliable, flexible, honest

• Working Hours are Mon thru to Fri between 10:00am to 3:00pm
