Festival catering staff wanted

Paellaria is hiring! Want to spend your summer partying at festivals, but also make enough to fund you for the winter?

We’re looking for people who can work in a very busy, lively environment and are happy with long hours. We have positions available front and back of house. We love our staff to be able to do everything including serving, cooking our Paella and doing the dishes, so serving experience or kitchen experience would be appreciated. Our ideal candidate is fast on their feet, friendly, a fast learner, a hard worker, and takes initiative. Our work can be long, hard and messy, but it is also incredibly rewarding, you’ll meet an amazing bunch of people, get to see artists and incredible festivals all over the country, and rack up a stack of hours to refill your bank account.

We’re looking for staff who can commit to most of the summer and have festivals from late may to September. We give priority to staff who work more shows to work bigger festivals like Boomtown, Glasto and SGP, so please no messages asking to just do Glastonbury!

You can eat as much Paella as you like, and we trade with other caterers, meaning that you will mostly not pay for food. We cover most travel expenses, and our staff often car-share or travel to events together. Pay starts at £11/h.

- 12 hour shifts working weds/thurs- monday

- You will be camping- camping equipment not provided.

- FOH and BOH roles available.

- Must be over 18
