Food and Beverage Team Leader

VIC’s BAR serves specialty cocktails and bar snacks, coffees and food is served throughout the day. That is why your contribution as an Food and Beverage Team Leader is so important.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader:

• Who ensures our executive lounge runs smoothly delivering memorable experiences
• Who can inspire, coach and mentor F&B team members
• Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• With previous experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader or Head Waiter/Waitress preferable

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – this increases with service!
• Salary: £13.00 per hour plus Service Charge
• Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!)
