Part-time Barista

This isn't your standard Barista Role, We are seeking to hire a part time, specialist Barista to join our small, friendly team at an exciting time of growth for the company.

Please Note: This is a Part-Time Role and candidates Must be available 7.30 - 15.30 (Mon, Tues, Weds)

About us

We have 2 Speciality Coffee trailers in Southampton, one is located outside the Charlotte place and the other at The White building, the role may be split between both sites. We have a relaxed working atmosphere, where service is very important to us.
We serve up some of the best coffee around, along with our signature Croffles (croissant dough cooked in a waffle maker) and also freshly made sandwiches, baps and wraps.

We are looking for a person who is independent, flexible and willing to perform various tasks related to coffee preparation as well as food prep, service and customer interaction.

Responsibilities (Include but are not exclusive to)

• Opening and closing the trailer site
• Maintaining high standard of service
• Barista Skills- high quality service of speciality coffee.
• Daily cleaning of the trailer.
• Following health and safety procedures
• Daily Preparation of sandwiches, baps and wraps.

Events
Being a mobile catering business we expect all our staff to be able to help when we have events mainly at weekends (days off will be given during the week to account for the change in hours)
The frequency of events will increase throughout the spring/summer months, so flexibility to work during these months is key.

Coffee Experience is a plus but not essential, as we believe we can train the right person to prepare coffee to a high standard. Mainly we're looking for people who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers.

Full UK/ clean Driving license is very helpful but not essential.

Part-time hours: 12-24 per week

Salary: £8.50-£12.00 per hour
