PHC Parts are one of the largest, family run businesses in our industry and have experienced rapid growth in the past few years.

As a result of our continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individual to join our friendly and experienced warehousing team in our main Bristol depot.

We are looking for someone who is able to multi-task and work quickly and accurately, independently and as part of a team, and the successful candidate will have a good work ethic, excellent attention to detail and will be able to pick up and follow processes quickly and efficiently.

You will be working closely with an experienced team member. They will provide you with a warm welcome and give you the support that you need while you are learning the ropes.

Full training will be provided, and the role will entail using our computer system to receipt, pick and process orders, putting receipted stock away into pre-determined locations as well as assisting with general warehousing activities.

Examples of daily duties include:-

• Receipting stock, checking and locating in warehouse
• Picking, packing and dispatching of orders
• Loading and offloading of delivery vehicles
• Warehouse, showroom and trade counter upkeep and branch housekeeping duties
• Stock checking and inventory management duties
• Daily deliveries in Ford Transit Luton Tail lift Vehicle (or similar) to local council stores

Working Week

• Although our preference is for 40 hours Monday - Friday, we can offer flexible working hours

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in warehousing is strongly preferred
• Exposure to the spare parts / plumbing / merchant industries is advantageous but not essential
• Computer literate
• Reading and writing
• Basic mathematics skills
