Pet Shop Assistant

We are looking for a TikTok Live Stream Sales for our pet goods account. Ideally you would have some sales experiences to begin with, but you would still receive further training of being a live host.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with brands and sellers to promote pet products on TikTok account via live-stream and short video production. Main tasks involved: introducing the products, demonstrating features/benefits and promotion to achieve the sales goals for each Live-streaming session.
• During Live-stream: viewer interaction on a pro-actively manner, respond to real-time customers, sales ability needed to direct viewer to place orders, make the purchasing process smooth for the buyers.
• Hosting Live-streams between 3-4 hrs per session
• Involve in short video productions
• Participate in regular livestream strategy and reviewing meetings with the team

Requirements:

• Experience in pets is a MUST, ideally owns a dog
• Ideally 1+ years in retail sales
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge in pet-related knowledge
