We're looking for an exceptional Head Server (w/m/d) to work with our team at our family-friendly, full-service Italian restaurant. Our servers are well-known for their charm, excellent knowledge of the menu and quick, polite service. Our restaurant has a well-established reputation in the local area and we're always looking for individuals who want to be a part of our fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Get a good understanding of the entire menu.
• Communicate with staff in the kitchen to coordinate orders and ensure that food arrives promptly at the table.
• Maintain friendly and professional service with customers.
• Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
• Be able to explain the menu items in detail, based on the customer's needs.
• Be aware of specials available in the restaurant.
• Understand how alcohol affects customers' moods, appetites, and spending habits.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £10.42-£12.00 per hour
