Wagamama NI are currently recruiting a Manager to join their Front of House Team in their Victoria Square Restaurant.

Job Title: Front of House Manager

Location: 1 Victoria Square, Belfast BT1 4QG

Salary: £13.42 per hour plus tips

Job Description

You will receive management training and once fully trained will be responsible for the restaurant, you will manage staff, have key holder responsibilities, ensure the smooth running of the restaurant while consistently providing and delivering service excellence to our customers.

Once fully trained, FOH Manager shifts will be offered on an ‘as required’ basis to meet business needs and you will be eligible to apply for any future FOH Manager vacancies.

Essential Criteria:

• All applicants should have a minimum of 12 months’ work experience within a busy restaurant environment.
• It is essential that applicants are flexible to work on a rota basis.
• Be able to lead a team of people.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Have the ability to solve problems.
• Provide and deliver service excellence.
• Be fully flexible to work a range of shifts.

Desirable Criteria

• It is desirable that applicants have a minimum of 6 months managerial experience within the hospitality industry.

Hours of Work: Variable hours depending on business needs.
