Customer Experience Advisor - Part Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Here at Posh Totty Designs, we genuinely believe that gifting should be thoughtful and personal. Unlike throwaway fashion pieces, our jewellery is designed to be treasured and kept forever. We search out solutions to problems when they arise, and we go out of our way to make every customer feel valued.

We are expanding our small Customer Experience team and are looking for someone to work two days a week, alongside the rest of the team, in our central Brighton office. You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, be empathetic and organised with the ability to use your initiative. The role involves:

• Responding to customer enquiries across multiple selling platforms via email and phone.
• Updating and liaising with the team through Outlook, telephone, and Slack.
• Working closely with our jewellery workshop and production to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Liaising with all departments to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Process refunds and manage returns post.
• Order processing across a range of E-commerce platforms.

You will need to have proven experience dealing with customers via phone and email, be a great problem solver and have excellent attention to detail.

Desired experience:

If you have previous experience with online seller platforms this is particularly advantageous, but not essential.

We would like someone to be in post by 6 March at the latest. The work pattern will be for two whole days a week (9 to 5), ideally on a Monday and either Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note that once agreed, these days will be fixed and this would not suit someone studying on a full time basis at college or university, where lectures schedules change and would prevent someone committing to fixed days.

There maybe the possibility of additional hours at peak times (Christmas, around Mother's day and staff holidays).
