This role is based at Hopton-on-Sea, NORFOLK, NR31 9BX

About the Lifeguard role;

• For this role it is essential that you have a current NPLQ qualification
• Lifeguarding and ensuring the safety of all pool users
• Assisting guests around the Club
• Cleaning of all club areas and ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to
• Reception duties – welcoming guests, providing information and taking bookings
• To attend lifeguard training as well as health and safety training sessions

You will take personal pride in;

• Building a rapport with our guests, helping them to feel welcome and enjoy their experience
• Having the knowledge and training to ensure that each guest is safe whilst using the swimming pool
• Ensuring that the quality of Palms Health & Fitness Club surroundings is kept to a professional standard
• Ensuring that you attend all relevant training sessions so that you can work to the best of your ability
• Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect

Hours of work:

• Full-time position - based on 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7
• Palms Health & Fitness Club opening times:
• 09:30 – 19:30 Monday & Friday
• 07:30 – 19:30 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
