Food Production Worker
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a small food production company based in North Acton, looking to employ a permanent crew member to join our team.The role will involve basic cooking, preparing and smoking meats, heavy lifting, packaging, cleaning (floors, walls, machinery etc), and use & basic maintenance of food packaging and cooking machinery (training will be provided in all cases where necessary). The work is for 40 hours per week. After an initial period of training, hours will be flexible as to days of the week and time of day. This job will be quite physical at times. We are rapidly growing and anticipate hiring additional crew members over the next year. The right applicant now who performs well can expect opportunities for future advancement, including managing other people. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently and on their own.
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
